To help you prepare for your stay, we’ve compiled a comprehensive packing list to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Essential Items:
- Clothing: Pack according to the season. Bring warm layers for winter, light clothes for summer, and waterproof gear just in case. Don’t forget swimwear if you plan to dip in the private hot tub or visit the public pool.
- Footwear: Comfortable shoes for exploring, hiking boots if you plan on hitting the trails, and slippers for cozy evenings inside.
- Toiletries: Don’t forget your toothbrush, toothpaste, favorite shampoo, and any other personal care items. Both properties are equipped with bathrooms that include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, but it’s always good to have your personal favorites with you.
- Medication: Any prescribed medications, as well as a basic first aid kit for minor cuts and bruises.
- Towels and linens: We provide plenty of towels and even include towels for makeup removal and beach towels. We also provide all of the linens for bedding, so there is no need to bring any with you unless you have a super favorite one.
For the Kitchen:
- Groceries: The fully-equipped kitchens at both properties invite you to prepare your meals. Stock up on essentials and don’t forget ingredients for a special dinner or BBQ.
- Condiments and Spices: While the kitchens are well-equipped, you might want to bring your favorite spices or condiments to add that extra flavor to your meals.
- Reusable Bags: For grocery shopping and to minimize waste.
- Water bottels: Both of our properties are equipped with a 5-stage reverse osmosis filter system. There is a special fauces for it in the kitchen. Water in that faucet is cleaner than any bottled water you may find in a store, so feel free to bring a personal refillable bottle and enjoy pure hydration.
- Paper towels: We do provide one paper towel roll to get you started, but if you feel you might need more than a roll, then don’t forget to bring it with you or purchase more in nearby stores.
Entertainment:
- Games and Books: While we do have bookshelves full of books and a bunch of card games and board games, you might have a favorite one that you would like to bring along with you for your trip.
- Outdoor Equipment: Fishing gear, bikes, or kayaks if you plan on adventuring in the great outdoors.
- Sports Equipment: Our community has various sports fields like tennis courts, racquetball courts, and basketball courts. If any of those tickle your fancy, bring sport-appropriate attire and equipment with you.
For the Kids:
- Toys and Activities: Keep the little ones entertained with their favorite toys and activities. We do provide a plethora of different toys and activities for kids of all ages, but if your little ones have a favorite they can’t live without, don’t forget to take it with you.
- Baby Gear: Both properties offer a foldable crib and a highchair, but make sure to bring any other baby essentials you might need.

- Chargers: For all your electronic devices. Harmony Hill offers a PS5 and Serenity Falls a PS4, so for gaming enthusiasts, there is an extensive catalog of games available, but if you have your favorite, you can bring it with you.
- Camera: Capture the breathtaking scenery and the special moments spent with loved ones.
- A Sense of Adventure: Get ready to explore and enjoy all that the Pocono Mountains and Dream Dacha have to offer.
- Bug spray: Poconos are mostly woodlands; it’s home to many animals, birds and insects. As with any forest, bug spray is recommended to avoid the occasional bites.
