Smoking
Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you choose to smoke indoors, you will be held responsible for an additional $500 fee to cover the cost of properly sanitizing the vacation home for the next guests.

Rental Guest Registration
All adult guests must be registered.

Responsibilities
The owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses (including death), or loss of personal belongings or valuables that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or from inviting others to use the premises.

Vacation Home Condition
To avoid additional charges, please report any damages you find upon arrival. Please keep the property and all furnishings in the same condition as you found them. Any breakage or damage to the furniture will result in charges to restore the original status.

Usage
Appliances should only be used for their intended purposes. Any breakage or damage to the appliances will incur a replacement fee.

Pets and Service Animals
Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed inside our rental homes. If an animal is discovered on the premises, you will be asked to remove them immediately and will be charged a $500 pet fee for enhanced deep cleaning.

Parking
Each of our properties offers free parking for up to 5 standard-sized cars. Vehicles cannot be parked on community roads under any circumstances. Illegally parked cars are subject to towing, and any fines or towing fees incurred will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Minimum Stay
Our minimum stay requirement is 2 (two) nights.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is limited to the property capacity displayed on the reservation. If the number of guests exceeds capacity, you might be asked to vacate the premises.

Age Restrictions
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

Usage Restrictions
This home is exclusively rented for families, holidays, family retreats, or business rentals in the Poconos. If your purpose does not align with these restrictions, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible.

Housekeeping
A cleaning fee is charged for the check-out cleaning. As this is a vacation home rental, there is no daily housekeeping service. We provide linens and bath towels for your stay, and all units are equipped with a washer and dryer. Separate pool towels are provided for use at the hot tub, pools, or beach. Please do not use regular towels outside of the property.

Trash
All garbage must be disposed of at the community compactor located at 5728 Decker Rd, Bushkill, PA 18324. Please do not leave any garbage outdoors overnight, as it may attract wild animals and will incur additional fees.

Hot Tub
No children under the age of 6 are permitted in the hot tubs. Children between the ages of 6 and 13 are not allowed in the hot tubs unless supervised by an adult. Please be aware that using the hot tub carries a certain health risk, and it is at your own risk. The hot tubs are sanitized and refilled with chemicals before your arrival, so it may take some time for them to reach the desired temperature.

Storms, Hurricanes or Weather Issues
No refunds will be given for storms, hurricanes, or any weather-related issues.

Bunk Beds
In homes with bunk beds, the top bunk is only intended for children 12 years of age and older. Please use caution and keep an eye on the kids while using the bunk beds to prevent any accidents.

Cell Phone Contact
Our rental homes do not have a landline phone. We rely on cell phone contact for communication, so please provide your cell phone number. We will be in touch with you throughout your rental period, and you will receive exclusive codes for automatic check-in and check-out.

Swimming Pool Access
Access to the swimming pool is granted through the complimentary 6 fobs provided. Children under the age of 6 do not need a fob to enter any of the community amenities. If any of the fobs (1–6) are lost, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Please refer to the community pool hours available on sawcreek.org.

Personal Items and Check-Out
Upon checking out, please conduct a review of the home to ensure you have collected all your belongings. We will not keep or ship any forgotten items left in the home. The cleaning team will dispose of any forgotten items after your check-out. Please double-check the house before your departure.

Security
For your security and convenience, there is video surveillance outside of the house. There is no video surveillance on the deck or inside the house.

Cleaning and Personal Amenities
We provide cleaning amenities such as shampoo, soap, sponge, detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and garbage plastic bags for your initial use upon arrival. However, we will not be responsible for replenishing these items during your stay. It is your responsibility and at your expense to provide any additional personal items you may require.

Items, Colors, Content Variation and Unit Replacement
We reserve the right to remove, add, change, and update any items in our vacation homes. Maintenance and repairs may necessitate occasional changes to listed items on our website. Renters do not have the right to request specific items to be present on the premises.

Short-Rental Community Responsibilities
Renters are required to read and abide by the Saw Creek Community rules provided during each individual booking.
