House Rules
For everyone’s safety, there are video recording devices on the property. They are surveying the property outside only, there are no recording devices inside the house or the private deck area.
We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and at home during their stay, so we do have a few simple house rules:
No pets allowed during stay.
No smoking indoors, including electronic cigarettes.
No unregistered guests. Maximum of 12 guest on property.
Quiet hours are from 11pm until 8am. Please help us in preserving the peaceful ambience of the night.
Must be 25 year old to book. Renter’s Drivers License is required upon registration.
